A Mrs Whippy and a Drummer's Drumming

I like matching up scents in order to create a really good cocktail for bath time experiences. Seeing as I am a big fan of bubbles, when using a bath bomb I like to pair it alongside a bubble bar of a similar scent in order to get the best of both worlds. When I discovered that Mrs Whippy Bath Bomb - which was a Lush Kitchen Exclusive and Drummer's Drumming - Lush Winter 2014 - shared the same scent it made for a really good bath time experience.

Mrs Whippy Bath Bomb

I love the name and the scent of this bath bomb. This is the third Mrs Whippy I have used and I warm to it more and more each time I used on. This one was picked up earlier this year when it was in the Lush Kitchen. When it enters the water, it is a slow fizzer and does not turn your bath water any colour, but the scent is overwhelming. It find it comforting, warming and not overly sweet. It shares it scent with the Yummy Yummy Yummy Shower Gel, Yummy Mummy Shower Gel and Drummer's Drumming Bubble Bar. This product contains: Soya Milk Powder, Tapioca Flour, Sugar, Cocoa Absolute, Tonka Absolute, Almond Essential Oil and Buchu Oil. I enjoy using this alongside Drummer's Drumming Bubble Bar and also Melting Marshmallow Moment Bath Oil. Really good bath time combination. For this bubble bar: £4.00.

Drummer's Drumming Bubble Bar

This bubble bar came to Stores for Lush Winter 2014. As this was the first Christmas that I had purchased Lush products, as it was the year I actually got into Lush, I was really excited to pick up every product. On one trip to the store, I picked up the Drummer's Drumming Reusable Bubble Bar and fell in love with it. I prefer this Reusable Bubble bar to the ever so popular Magic Wand Reusable Bubble Bar. This product contains: Olibanum Oil, Bergamot Oil, Geranium Oil. It was described as smelling like Strawberries and Cream. To use this I just simply run it under the water, and use as much as I want in order to create lovely smelling bubbles. I have mentioned above, I use this alongside the Mrs Whippy Bath Bomb and it creates a lovely cocktail. Unfortunately, Lush did not bring this back for Lush Winter 2015 and brought out Peeping Santa Bubble Bar - which shares it scent with both these products. For the Bubble Bar: £5.25.

Love, Becky x
