Lush Kitchen: Dream On Bath Bomb

If you have read my blog post "Dream Cream Hand & Body Lotion" you would know that I consider Dream Cream as my holy grail, take on a desert island, Lush can NEVER discontinue product. I am also a massive fan of the whole Dream Cream range, including the bath melt and the shower smoothie. I always thought it was missing a Bath Bomb. My prayers were answered recently, when the Lush Kitchen brought out the Dream On Bath Bomb. Holy moly, I got myself a couple and I wish they would make it an all year round product.

Dream On Bath Bomb

If there was ever a bath bomb that was designed to make you sleep like a baby again - never understood that phrase, the swear babies sleep awfully - then this is the bath bomb. Oh my days, this bath bomb is amazing. When it arrived, I surprised to see the size of it. It is smaller than your average Lush bath bomb - slightly smaller I think that Butterball Bath Bomb is.

When I used this bath bomb, I had a really good night's sleep. I used this alongside the Dreamtime Bath Melt and it was a really soothing and calming bath time experience. This product contains: Cocoa Butter, Jojoba Oil, Rose Absolute, Chamomile Oil, Tea Tree Oil, Lavender Oil and Gardenia Extract. The scent that shows itself the most when this bath bomb hits the water, is Lavender. It is not overpowering, subtle but calms you instantly when you emerge yourself into the water. I also found that my skin felt extremely soft and moisturised - which was from the Cocoa Butter.

Not only was the fragrance amazing, the colour of the bath bomb was something different especially with the ingredients it contains. Usually products linked to Lavender smells, are of the colour purple or lilac - but this bath bomb is a lovely pastel orange colour. Even though this is a very basic looking and probably in some people's opinion basic scented product that Lush have brought out in the kitchen, I do believe that it is the ingredients that speak louder than it being a spectacle in the water - like some of the other large bath bombs. I really do hope these appear in the Kitchen again, cause if they do I think I will purchase a few more. In the meantime I'm gonna save the other one I have of these until a very much needed relaxation time.

For this bath bomb: £3.25.

Love, Becky x
