The Comforter Bath

Tonight I experience the most cosiest bath since I began using Lush Products. Since the opening of the new Lush Oxford Street, some of the original products have been given an update. Some have changed shape or had there colours increased in order to experience a more colourful bath. Here is my Comforter Bathtime.

"The Comforter"
"The Comforter" is one of the bigger bubble bars - which means you can get four or five baths out of it - making it one of there more economical products. It's update is its colour, which is a more vibrant purple/pink colour - but it still smells like Ribena (which I adore.) I only used a quarter of the bar and crumbled it under my tap. Now, I thought I had used "The Comforter" before - but actually I haven't and this tonight was the first time I had used it and I question - why haven't I used it before?!?!?!?! It made tons of bubbles - and I don't know whether they have improve the process of making their bubble bars - but I am getting a lot more bubble than I have ever had before. "The Comforter" includes, Bergamot Oil, Cassis Absolute and Cypress Oil. The smell is amazing and of course who wouldn't want a bright pink bubble bath. For this bar £4.75.

"The Comforter Moisturising Shower Cream"

How amazing is it to have a Comforter shower product to use alongside "The Comforter" bubble bar? Fans of the well loved Comforter Shower Gel, body lotion and anything else Comforter scent will be pleased to see this product gracing the shelves at the new Lush Oxford Street. Now personally, I don't know what the difference between Shower Cream and Shower Gel - but you basically use this product exactly the same as a normal shower gel. What drew me to the product was the fact it is the same bright purple/pink colour as the bubble bar - and having used it tonight in my awesome bath - I was so pleased to have picked it up. It includes, Blackberry and Vanilla Infusion, Almond Oil, Bergamot Oil, Cassis Absolute and Cypress Oil. It has a slightly stronger smell than the bubble bar but the combination is amazing and if you are a massive Comforter fan then this is definitely a product for you. Also, Lush have added in their Lush Oxford Street store the availability to buy the shower gels, shampoos, conditioners and other bottled items in 1kg bottles. Pictured is a 500g product but being able to buy larger than 500g due to the fact these products are only available at the Lush Oxford Street Store people who are travelling to the store are able to stock up. For this 500g bottle £15.95.

"Rosy Cheeks Fresh Face Mask"

Oh yes, they have new Fresh Face Masks - this is another thing that has excited me so much. Now, I am always on the look out for products to help with my rosy face in order to help it calm down and so I don't look embarrassed all the time. Enter "Rosy Cheeks"! I was so pleased to grab one of these through the mad panic to grab the new products. It includes, Calamine Powder, Rose Clay, Rose Petals, and Rose Oil. The product is a beautiful rosy pink colour and is a smooth texture. I like the fact that it is quite a thick face mask and feel lovely when you smooth it across your face - especially when it has been in the fridge. After using this product I have noticed that my face is instantly calmer - especially as I suffer with eczema on the apples of my cheeks and helped the moisture absorb more into the areas that can be quite dry and rough due to the eczema. I am definitely impressed and will be re-purchasing once it is finished. For this 75g pot £6.50.

So, I think you will agree that was quite a cosy bath time. I will definitely be repeat this bath when I feel the need for a pink cosy bath just before bed.

Love, Becky
