Sweetie Pie Shower Jelly
Firstly, I am so disappointed that this shower jelly has been discontinued. I know that this has been a popular product amongst the Lush community, as it does share its scent with the Comforter. However, when they launched the Comforter Shower Cream in April this year - that replaced this shower jelly.
As I have already mentioned, this shower jelly shares it's scent with The Comforter Bubble Bar and now Shower Cream, but I personally think that it a stronger berry scent that the Comforter.
This product contains: Cherry Infusion, Coconut Infusion, Carrageenan Extract, Bergamot Oil and Cassis Absolute, Cypress Oil.
Similar ingredients to the Comforter, but overall the scent is stronger and does last a lot longer on the skin that the shower cream. This will also be good to use alongside the Comforter Body Lotion in order to really keep that scent intense.
If you haven't used a Shower Jelly before, then it is like using a semi-solid Shower Gel. You can use it straight out of the pot or if you like the coolness of shower products, then you could put this in the fridge or freezer in order to use it at a colder temperature. I used this at room temperature last night, but I am interested to see how it would feel if it came straight out of the fridge and into the shower - would it make a difference to my skin?
I definitely recommend cutting it up, so that it is easier to use - especially in the shower, as you could end up dropping the entire jelly from the jar. That would not be good!
Unfortunately, this product is no longer available in stores, but if you are lucky enough to have a pot on hand or stocked up on several before they left the stores/online that you are amongst the lucky ones.
This Shower Jelly was: 100g: £3.50, 240g: £6.95.
Love, Becky x
